Quernitos

Pan Dulce recipes are some of the best kept secrets. For years I've been trying to find a recipe for my favorite, Quernitos. I love them. I finally found one and worked on it. It's not quite perfect but getting close.
I added it to our Comida Mexicana cookbook. Enjoy.

Tamales

It's a tamale year! We waited till the holidays were passed and found a great deal on pork shoulder roasts. Tamales are done. Recipe is also revised to the latest. We didn't change much. Lard is a necessary ingredient. They just don't come out right without it. These are awesome.
