Take a look at the links. We added a new page full of recipes. Over the 30+ years of marriage, we have collected quite a few recipes both digital and paper. Many were old newspaper clippings. I suppose most are on line somewhere but newspaper clippings are probably not.
We took all of them and created Word documents then saved them as pdf files for archive. Recipes are easy to access and no more digging through old newspaper clippings.
We also posted a few of our special recipes like Larson's Pancakes, Larson's Syrup and of course the Christmas traditional Fattigman Cookies. Enjoy!

Tamales!
We finished! We make them every two years and they get better every time. This year we wanted to upgrade. Two brand new stainless-steel steamer pots. We also wanted to test our recipe so we followed it pretty close. Good news is it's perfect. We did adjust a couple small things including cooking in the new pots. Tasty!

Marranitos
Sweetie wanted Gingerbread cookies. Why not make Marranitos! Similar but happens to be one of my favorite Pan Dulce. I found a recipe and took a shot. POW! Taste is exactly as I remember. I didn't have a piggy cookie cutter so these are Gingerbread and of course Airplanes.

Quernitos
Pan Dulce recipes are some of the best kept secrets. For years I've been trying to find a recipe for my favorite, Quernitos. I love them. I finally found one and worked on it. It's not quite perfect but getting close.
I added it to our Comida Mexicana cookbook. Enjoy.
